Søren Tyge Sørensen established the law firm together with Søren Holck-Andersen in 1983.
Since then Søren Tyge Sørensen has provided general advisory services to Danish and foreign companies and is primarily engaged in matters related to company law and especially co-operative and association law, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, litigation and arbitration.
